What Data is Processed by Usercentrics:

  • Device and browser information

  • Anonymized IP address

Purpose & Legal Basis:

The data is processed for compliance with legal consent requirements under the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(c)) and for our legitimate interest in running a user‑friendly and legally compliant website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

9. Ticket Sales & Payment Processing

When you purchase tickets, we process:

  • Personal master data

  • Contact information

  • Payment information

Data is processed for the purpose of contract fulfilment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use PayPal as the sole payment provider. When choosing PayPal, your payment data is transmitted to:

When you contact us (via email or contact form), we process your information to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

12. Hosting & Email

Our website is hosted on Wix.com. We also use email services consistent with hosting.

Hosting and email provider process data (master, contact, usage, meta/communication data) under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and via contract as processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

Transmission is protected by TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

13. Social Media

We maintain presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook. When you interact with us there (e.g. via posts or messages), the applicable data protection policies of those providers apply.

14. Server Log Files

When accessing our website, data such as:

  • Date and time of access

  • Status of the request

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Referrer URL

are recorded. These log files are stored for max. 7 days, then deleted, unless needed for security incidents (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

 

15. Data Deletion

Data is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies and there are no legal retention obligations (Art. 17 GDPR).
